Nima : Dreamland is a young band from Sweden who used to operate under the name Infinity. Through their second demo 'The Call' they came in contact with Hammerfall vocalist Joacim Cans who decided to help the band. Together we Andy LaRocque he produced this debut album and did the backing vocals.

It's no surprise that Dreamland's music shows similarities with Hammerfall (and naturally Helloween). The heavy metal with mid-tempo and speed metal riffs en lots of melody is of the kind we've heard over and over. De band even named itself after a Hammerfall song. The lyrics are (of course) utterly cliché and the album contains a ballad in 'Fade Away'. 'Future's Calling' is nevertheless a bad album there where the band knows how to play and has the ability to write good tunes and songs like 'Hearts Like Lions' and 'Dreamland' are respectable heavy metal compositions, although the vocals are weak. Besides, Cans and LaRocque has given this album a clear and powerful production, but I wonder whom this album will thrill.
