William Pezy : In January 2015 Wake The Nations released their first album to have your humble reviewer reached a state of sheer happiness. It was one of the nicest albums of that year if you ask me. Classical hardrock with a touch of hair metal. It is firm but catchy rock, music that breaths pure energy that makes it unable not to jump around the room. In 2015 the band was still a project but the success after this album turned the project into a band to release a new album in 2019. One of the two best singers of the first album, Krister Stenboom, got the position of main singer. But just like 2015 a load of guest musicians appear to deliver magic. Again South American singer Estef Martinez knows how to shine and impress. Just like then this album is not the most surprising or the most innovative of the year but it brings eleven great and fresh rock songs to make you happy. After listening to this album you most like fetch your best 80s vinyl to listen to bands like House Of Lords or Ratt. What a joy to have bands like Wake The Nations.
