Winston : From Russia there is not much growth and the progressive angle almost none at all. With Starsoup, coming from Moscow, that is changed and a nice change for sure. No traces of an accent, immediately mentioned because that is or was always a big question. So that point is already won. Alexy Marko has a warm but firm voice and sounds sometimes in the direction Metallica's James Hetfield in the heavier passages. Star Soup varies quite a few styles and thereby a real musical course is somewhat difficult to interpret. But that's not something insurmountable, it is rather a challenge. If you can manage to image a mix of Dream Theater, Metallica and Kamelot you are pretty close I think. As the successor to Bazaar Of Wonders is slightly smoother that will contribute something positive. Try this one I say.
