Cor : This kicks ass! Thundering and screaming guitars, a solid rhythm section and a fierce raw singer who can be surprisingly melodic. This is rawk 'n' roll in optima forma; grooving seventies hard rock riffs with a punky edge, accompanied by bits of rockabilly, folk or country. Even though it has no real similarities to The Wildhearts, the combination of traditional hard rock riffs and the drive and catchiness of (party)punk (including Ooh's and Aah's) does remind me of this band at times. This band is more versatile than for example Turbonegro, but I can imagine these guys being pretty welcome on the stages of their homeland Germany. While surfing the internet I came across a description of the music being compared with a mix of Nitrogods and Social Distortion; this can pin point the musical direction quite well. The music is not original at all (and I will not mention the lyrics); the performance is outstanding and very consumable. When served with a couple of cold beers, a party is guaranteed.
