Koen B. : I never heard of Human Debris before but Metal Archives tells me that the Hamburg (Germany) based band was created in the year 2000. They released no less than three demos before their self-released debut full-length 'Torment Of Existence' saw the light of day in 2004. I don't know what happened the past seven years but recently its successor 'Welcome To A World Of Debris', another self-releaser came out. It's for sale for seven Euro's here.
The German band plays death metal in the suitable term. Neither uses melodies nor harmonies nor clean vocals which is good. Human Debris concentrates on straight forwarded riffing with a deep grunt. Sure this has been done several times before but as long it's done with heart and honesty and as long as the music is good I don't care at all. Not a must have record in a death metal collection but a good disc nevertheless that should be spun every now and again.
